Gerald Stanley murder trial day 3 - vehicle passengers testimony

if you point a gun at someone and pull the trigger I think that means that you're intentionally ending their life. even if the gun went off by itself, did it point itself too? Excuse me for trying to get into the mind of a killer, being as though I'm not one.... what do I really know, since i'm just an online someone with a controversial "hard stance." Not sure where the controversy even comes from, since the son already admitted that his father killed the kid "by accident". What was the accident really though? The gun firing by itself like a divine gun miracle? or the gun being pointed at someone who was fucked out of their mind drunk? Or both? Actually, it does seem very accidental. He should be let go.
