A girl who despises me got promoted to a manager at my company and is now targeting me and purposely screwing me over (not giving me breaks, scheduling me for way less hours, ignoring messages) What legal action could I take against this company?

OP I went through this as well and in the end after going to HR, reporting them for actual theft as we worked in retail, even seeing her go beyond what she should be doing (hundreds missing daily until her payday when it all showed up just randomly. After all that, I ended up quitting as there was no repercussions for anything she seemed to do as she covered it up. I was bumped down to almost no hours, put on shifts I always refused, and was told I had to work with people who I did not get along with. After nearly six months the entire retail store had new people working but the same manager was there, likely still stealing and using her power to hurt others. I quite along with my younger coworker. The rest of the women were fired for "stealing" and guess what...they were good buddies with the manager who was known to steal. I assume they either began stealing or took the fall for her. Each one getting fired as a means to cut back on theft.
