Girls of Reddit: What are some things you look for when visiting a guys place for the first time?

21 year old straight male attending university here. I have the following in my two-bedroom apartment. This is all true but it doesn't look like the dwelling of an OCD neat-freak serial killer, in advance. I thought this was all normal shit that was expected of a man, to be honest.

  • a nice big bong
  • dank weed at all times
  • a clean and good roommate with a friendly and playful dog
  • my own young and healthy cat who eats good food and is friendly and playful as well, albeit incredibly energetic, and gets along just fine with the dog
  • clean floors and counters
  • dishes (that match) and clothes (that fit) put away
  • no trash laying around
  • tables and chairs
  • matching living room furniture- couch & loveseat
  • two bicycles and a Sector 9 skateboard
  • dumbbells that are out of the way
  • various supplements, protein, etc. in my pantry
  • a decently stocked fridge
  • a nice but not-too-large collection of wine and liquor bottles on top of the kitchen cabinets, along with a hand-painted beer pong table
  • a dishwasher that does not have an alien species growing inside of it
  • a projector in the living room
  • a PS3 with different kinds of games (life sized fighting games!)
  • a PC (just a school computer, no PC master race here unfortunately)
  • a large stereo in the living room and another, better one on my dresser in my bedroom with my collection of albums nearby
  • a variety of colorful/abstract/psychedelic posters, autographed/framed art, autographed/framed photos
  • one of those clicker things that you can keep next to the bed to turn the lights off with (fuck yes technology)
  • a full bookshelf and more books on my windowsill
  • a collection of movies, some boxed sets
  • matching bedroom furniture with a framed full-sized bed
  • a golf bag in the corner of my bedroom
  • a desk to do schoolwork on
  • more clothes hanging on decent hangars in my closet
  • unstained sheets that are clean
  • five pillows on my bed
  • some mementos on my dresser
  • a clean litter box and a trashcan in the clean bathroom, which has hand soap and a hand towel present
  • a clean shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors, loofah, etc.
  • overpriced cologne that I cannot afford on my modest budget but buy anyway out of pure ignorance in my medicine cabinet
  • a toothbrush and floss
  • clean non-stinky towels
  • no freaky pungent odors

Does this make up for the fact that I don't have a car? This thread has been great for my self-confidence so I hope it does.
