Good samaritans save man in the middle of Fentanyl overdose

I'm conflicted about this. He might not have actually needed narcan. He was verbally responsive, he was standing, he could open his eyes. It seemed like he had just nodded off outside in the heat, which granted could also kill you. So at least they got him to a state where he could get in from out of the elements, assuming he has a place to stay. But in reality they probably didn't save him from an overdose AND they put his name, face, and the town he lives in on the internet looking like a complete mess. If this is being done to turn people's lives around, I don't know how putting this out there is supposed to get them on the right track. It's feels exploitative.
