Why do people do this? Out themselves as transmed in other trans communities? Thats dumb.

Rather than invalidating people, or defending your own views, just skip past it. There is always a mod willing to ban you for having a different opinion to them.

If you wanna defend it, then be tactful and ask questions, or just play dumb by saying "i don't get it" But dont do that after leaving a million comments on a truscum subreddit because they will go through your profile, see you interacting with transmed subreddits and ban you for that activity.

Just ask yourself, do you wanna be banned from this subreddit? If so then do as you please, if not then avoid the confrontation.
