Hmm maybe have shooting ranges everywere with super cheap ammunition but they have to be shot there and accounted for the brass/steel shells like they do in army with grenades you keep the pin but regular bullets should be like $8 a peice it only takes a single one to defend yourself maybe 3 at most and it would reduce chances of mass shootings and just limit it to a certain threshold due to not being able to buy mass amounts of ammunition however then mass stabbings and bombs come into play unfortunately no matter what you do the fricked up poeple are still here and will find ways ngl tho guns are kinda important if you live in the country dang copperheads everywere
