This happened today.

I've had a few Covid tests, in NSW, SA and NT.

An incident I remember is a young couple that were in line behind me to be tested in SA. Wait time was approx. 3 hours. He held the place while she left the line to "go get some coffee".

I mentioned this to the nurse at the head of the line who was registering the testing. She bizarrely replied that "well in Melbourne they're having Covid parties to spread it to each other".

Later in observed her taking people's mobile phones, using it to scan the QR code and giving it back to them, multiple times with no sanitation between, handing out masks with the same hands holding the mask pinched between inside and outside, and sharing a pen with a doctor in full PPE who came out.

I spoke with the people in the Royal Adelaide Hospital about this, when I went in for my test, nobody cared.

I also saw procedure breaches in NT and in NSW. Nobody took them seriously when I brought them up. My impression is there are potential leaks everywhere and complacency from low numbers is one of the biggest dangerous.
