What is missing in the Sydney food scene in your opinion??

I personally think Sydney has the best food in the world we tend to do national dishes better then the nation due to our produce.

Tell me you’ve never left Sydney without telling me you’ve never left Sydney. I’ve spent time in the US and I can tell you Sydney has rubbish Tex-Mex, and very little actual Mexican food, the BBQ scene is very new. It’s developing but it’s still got nothing on America. I’ve had better BBQ at run down roadside stops in arse nowhere, USA than I’ve ever had in Sydney. Where can I get a cup of gumbo or some jambalaya in Sydney?

I’ve also travelled to Japan a bunch of times. Sydney ramen has nothing on ramen from Japan. I’ve had better Brazilian BBQ in Japan than anywhere in Sydney.

There are some great food options in Sydney but there’s a lot missing. I can’t tell if your opinion is based on ignorance or arrogance.
