Help me explain opting out of child support

Here's my elevator pitch:

In our society, if a WOMAN does not want to be the parent of a baby, she MUST be allowed to hire a medical professional to induce miscarriage in a manner that is safe for herself, thereby terminating the developement of the human fetus within her body, with its own DNA, its own bloodtype, its own heartbeat. They say that's just the way it HAS to be.

Also in our society, if a MAN does not want to be the parent of a baby, he MUST be forced by the government, to take a paternity test, under threat of fines, incarceration, and even physical force by trained, armed enforcers if he resists incarceration, to PAY for that child's upbringing until adulthood, regardless of whether he is ever allowed to have contact with that child. I say that's just plain WRONG!

If you somehow can't see why this double standard is wrong, please imagine some alternate dystopian society, where everything is exactly opposite of this one.

IMAGINE, for any pregnant woman who wants to abort, it is now mandatory to provide proof of having been raped at the time of conception, or provide permission from the father, who has passed an in utero paternity test, meanwhile, any MAN who has proven through such testing that he has impregnated a woman with consent can have the government FORCE that woman to abort the child OR force her to HAVE the child and to pay for the child's upbringing, regardless of whether or not she is ever allowed to have contact with the child.

One would be wrong, the other IS.
