Help with disabled parent

He finished physical/occupational/speech therapies, Medicaid will not provide any more. He goes to the gym next door 3x weekly to continue on his own.

I also got him into individual psychotherapy once weekly with a local program that accepts Medicaid. So far it's not very helpful; he is very charismatic and has worked in this field in the past, so he knows what to say and how to say it to the therapist. He is also very delusional (even before the stroke), so he does not see that there are problems. I am attempting to talk to the therapist so that I can fill her in on the whole situation from a family perspective, but so far no dice (I know that she can't say anything to me).

Not a veteran. I'll apply for SNAP, I had not thought of that.
