Here I am. I give up.

What else?

Only you can answer that.

I know, not the answer you want, but self-improvement requires agency and accountability--it has "self" in the name. No one can pull you along on this journey. We can offer healthy coping mechanisms, encouraging social support, and spiritual guidance, but the only person who is capable of answering your question is yourself.

When is the last time you talked to yourself? Took time off to retreat to a quiet comfortable place, and looked to the heavens or sky around you?
Introversion is the foundational step required for desired change.

I could go further with tough love, but not sure this is the time or place for it.

As many have already suggested, it's hard.
You have to convince yourself to be uncomfortable.
