I'm a former intelligence analyst, with a Top Secret clearance. This shit is simple, but they're making it complicated.

Classified emails--which must be properly marked classified--never touch ANY unclassified server, personal or government owned. Period.

If there is classified-at-the-time email on Hillary's personal unclassified server, that's a big deal, bigger than Hillary's personal server, it's a big deal because it's on all the unclassified servers, government, personal or otherwise. Doesn't matter who sent or received those emails, they are improperly on unclassified systems, and that shit is taken seriously, any government servers would have been shut down and cleared and the email addresses the classified was sent to traced and assessed, etc

But that's NOT what apparently happened here. Here, were talking high level State Department UNCLASSIFIED traffic at the time, sent from or to Hillary's personal account, through unclassified channels on unclassified servers. Because, they were unclassified. But being highest level DOS communications, unclassified info can and does commonly get deemed classified at a later date.

Which is what's happening here. NOW, government entities are saying, "that is classified now, or should be " They would say the same thing about emails sent at the time on unclassified servers on or not on Hillary's personal server.

But my congratulations to the GOP Hillary Squad for finding that one issue that really has zero substance, but it takes more explanation to overcome their simple spin than most people understand our care to .
