That’s the thing. He isn’t. He has gotten worse and still makes the exact same mistake week in and week out. He throws off his back foot, stares down his reads, and just flat out misses throws he has to make. I hope he turns it around and I agree he should get the rest of the year to show improvement. But to say turn a blind eye to it and say he will get better isn’t a luxury you get in the nfl today. I think someday he will be a good QB on a team, just won’t be here. You can’t spend years on a guy that’s not improving at a reasonable pace. Even the team is noticing he his making mistakes he shouldn’t be. The defense is getting mad at him, Fant is frustrated. When the QB loses the team it’s over.
