I feel “bad” about the fact that I’ve gotten down to 69kg at a height of 5’8, but I’ve still got a long way to go to get the look I want despite how “light” my weight is. I’ve mentally set the goal of “I may have to go down to 65kg, but hopefully 68/67 will be enough”.

I know for sure that if I opened up to people about the fact that I am losing weight irl they’d just say “why” or “you don’t need to”. Personally I understand that I am healthy, and that I shouldn’t need to focus on how I look. But that doesn’t mean that I shouldn’t improve if I can.

My lifts are decent for 5-6 months of powerlifting. 95kg bench, 130kg squat, 180kg deadlift.

Goals for now? Pretty much just reducing fat on my face, abs, legs, getting defined arms+ shoulders.

Due to lockdown I’ve been doing pull ups everyday, bodyweight dips, training legs to failure with Dumbells, lots of arms. Due to jus have Dumbells and calisthenics available.

I probably just feel bad because of the constant rejecting of foods like hashbrowns in the dining hall lol, putting the free food that my uni keeps giving us to the side of my room
