He really needs to learn to open up those bombs. Kinda like boxing. Gotta grow a bunch of jabs before the hook. He ( as much as I hate it) can take a page outa Brady’s book and use the check down until the defense tries to stop it. Then the bomb comes in. I really wish he was a offensive coordinator on the line like Sir Manning was, but no one will ever be as awesome as the sheriff for reading a defense and audibling into the correct play. Even when he was broke in the Super Bowl he didn’t do anything amazing other than dime out the D on every play. I wish he would get more involved with drew, I think he has potential. Most rookies get drafted under a veteran QB. But as the carousel the nfl loved to use. He never had any veteran back up. Flacco openly admitted it. These young, future super stars need help. So many of the “best” Qb’s we have ever known have started on the bench for a few years. Shit, we all know teddy is the best we have had in awhile ( not great… just the best we have ), but I do think drew is focused enough that he will improve every season from here on out. He didn’t act like oswilder (sp?) when he got benched in the super bowl for the sheriff, and post season he asked for a trade. He probably wasn’t very good but he coulda been better learning from the sheriff instead of thinking he was better than him…. Which is so fucking dumb. “ I’m a better QB than Payton Manning….” Really?!? So I think teddy is a good addition to the team. As a journeyman he is super learned In so many offenses. He has so much to teach to young lock. But in hind site if we got Rogers……. Come and get it KC bitches!!!!
