How do you afford to travel?

100% the truth.

People get caught up in things, get used to them, then don't understand how to live without those things because they haven't lived without them in a while.

There are people living in practical poverty, no savings, no 401K, no health insurance, no career, who bounce all over the globe working odd jobs to get by and they enjoy the shit out of themselves. There are poor people from poor countries not well represented on this website who do crazy trips and just figure it out. I know a guy who walked across the U.S. with zero money and he worked out of farms along the way to survive, he now makes cheese for a living. I lived in a community for a few weeks of modern gypsies who roam U.S. National Forests living rent free selling art to tourists for an income of $500 a month.

At the end of the day, it is 90% about nutting up, especially for this demographic. What would the stats be for the average user here? Probably higher earning than what percentage of the world? Higher net worth than what percentage of the world? What about adjusted for date/era? Do people think that only some uber-pristine class of people have the capability of roaming the globe? It's crazy-talk man. Fear is the biggest thing holding back people from doing the things they say they want to do.
