How do I avoid tilt/getting upset when I do not get my way or things don't go my way.

  • I see OP as someone who is or is not willing to listen to others. Anyone who has coached for more than 1 hr doing either opgg reviews or vod review knows that it is an absolute waste to spend time on people who don't want to be taught (or even have a discussion). Many people come to these forums with the intentions of being right, not being corrected.

  • My original comment tackles exactly what the OP is requesting: If you believe your team is in some way holding you back, you must understand that the reason you are playing with them is because you are of equal skill to them. If you are tilted by your own shortcomings as a player (something I relate to personally), there is very little on the topic that hasn't already been said countless times that he could Google (take breaks, keep your blood sugar in check, get enough sleep, have other things you do outside of the game, understand that better mental helps you win more).

  • If neither of these help, Reddit isn't equipped to help him and he should seek professional help because it is a deeper issue. This isn't (and never has been) an insult to any of the OPs I've replied to, it's a serious issue that is worth putting time into. Why would I be angry with them? Logic and brevity is apparently interpreted as condescension on Reddit.
