How we can better understand consciousness through quantum physics. Video in text.

Often the I is frowned on and given sort of a negative connotation in spiritual circles. It can however be used powerfully and to our advantage when we start speaking from the I perspective as we relate our experiences to other beings. Next time you are asked a question about yourself and it makes common rational sense to answer from your experience instead of giving linear answer, see if it makes sense to do so.

Example of a linear answer that is a step away from reality because it never happened or is imaginary:

How are you today? Person: I'm doing well, I have to get to the office as soon as I can. I can’t believe all the bills I have to pay today. I want to work out later.

Example of a circular answer that is based on reality:

How are you today? I'm doing well, I just got coffee and have been playing with my dog all day. Earlier I hit up the weights and ran a couple miles. I watched Broad City this morning, I can’t believe how funny that show is!

This is something I’ve been working on and am still developing. The latter statement taps us into reality as it happened. With practice, I’ve found it’s changed my world in ways I never thought possible.
