How do you cope with stress?

Stress is a bunch of bad energies/vibes having an intercourse with your own bad thoughts and surroundings, it puts you down, drops you in a hole in which you keep falling and falling, the vertigo fucks up with your anxiety like, When will i touch Bottom? We are already on the bottom, the only difference is being alive, you only have one chance, if you loose you are fucked up for real, until then, get your hype up, listend to music, raise your fist, find a purpose if you lack it, make a plan and get hyped the heck out, if you want things to work out exercise them, dont listen how they critique you, you are still alive and thats what matters, the rest is just bullshit...
