I am a white guy, my wife is black. My wife and I would compare anecdotal stories of when we thought we were discriminated against by the opposite races when we first started dating.

After 3 years together, she stated one day after watching me suffer discrimination from a black woman, "I've suffered through more discrimination as a black woman being with a white man than ever in my life just as a black woman.."

We tend to get discriminated more by other blacks as an interracial couple than whites. This is our combined experiences and no one elses. All her life, it has been whites whom have helped her. Especially getting into her masters and now doctorate program.

With that being said, there will always be racists. There will be white racists, black racists, Asian racists, and so on.

You ignore it and move on. There is a particular restaurant here that is black owned. We always get horrible service and treated rudely as a couple, but my wife gets great service alone as a black woman. So we no longer go there.

In your case, you realize they are horrible human beings and ignore them. Unless the pose threat to Life, Liberty, or Property, ignore them.

You may want to get some security cameras and door window sensors on the property in case they try to retaliate or harass your tenants. It may also make them feel safer.
