I think whether you were effected or not greatly depended on your faculty and department. I’m in physics, other than chemistry, we weren’t effected. Our math was running, our cs course was running, our physics was running. Anything between lassonde and Physics was running basically so I got to finish stuff on time. Even if it wasn’t, I wouldn’t have let york screw me over too, too much and would have went to my profs and asked them for help and stuff while self studying.

Anyone in the arts (fine or liberal) was effected completely. That may have to do to the fact that they have more contract faculty than the sciences or eng ( people disregard this but arts professors - not sure about TAs-are paid less than the sciences, so for us they just couldn’t be bothered).
