Preface: I'm a dude so I have no idea how it feels to be trying to make ride buddies as a girl.

HCSC will probably help a lot actually! Camps end up having a lot of people at different levels looking to improve. There ends up being down times as well that everyone hangs out, goes to the pub etc.

Working at a resort is pretty much a surefire way to make friends. A lot of my good mates (male and female) I met while working at Copper Mountain. A lot of the time was spent working and drinking after work, but pretty much all the hours that weren't spent working were spent on the hill. Within the employees there were a lot of people at different skill levels too.

I personally love flying solo, pumping music and just vibing with myself so I'd go up whenever I could, but almost without a doubt would see someone in the lift line or on a water/beer break and we'd usually end up spinning a few laps together.
