How much and how many times a day do you eat?

Not as much I should eat, and it's not as healthy as it should be. I feel full pretty quickly, so that impacts my sizes and how often I eat. Holidays with "feasts" like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter usually end up with me feeling full from lunch and eating nothing the rest of the day. Unless it's a food I really enjoy, which isn't much, my meals aren't that big.

When I'm not medicated for my ADHD, I eat when I notice I'm hungry. That often means snacking, which doesn't lead to enough calories in the day, and dinner. Because I eat when I'm hungry, I'm usually too impatient to make something, so a snack would be whatever I have in my surroundings. Usually a couple spoonfuls of sauerkraut or a handful of goldfish.

When I'm on medication, I usually try to eat lunch, snack, dinner, and snack. I'm not a fan of typical breakfast foods, and the ones I like are sort of heavy, so I prefer them for dinner instead.
