The comment was "why hasn't she been deported". Well, she "hasn't" been deported because she isn't an illegal immigrant. Why "wasn't" she deported during the time she was alledgedly an illegal immigrant would probably have to do with the lack of enforcement of immigration law at that time period under Democratic President Bill Clinton. Perhaps he had other things keeping him busy......
