How do you work with the IRS personally?

What do you mean, exactly? Like view them as a Libertarian, or deal with them in your life? I may not be the most Libertarian person out there, but I run a small business as a sole proprietorship and just pay my taxes every month through the Federal Reserve's website.

I have to keep track of my AGI and tax burden throughout the year and just make monthly payments. If there's a difference at the end of the year then I'll just get billed for it and I'll pay the difference. Small business retirement accounts allow you ample savings to minimize your tax burden if you save throughout the year instead of spend it wildly.

Are you looking for more radical answers, like some anarchist view where you don't pay taxes or make the IRS agents "disappear?" Even make the IRS agents pay your taxes for you somehow (gunpoint)?
