He is a public figure, which makes him someone people will listen to out of respect. I get what you are saying, but with this video, he has already created a bigger impact on spreading knowledge of climate change and what needs to be done about it than you, or me, or any other average joe.

I am willing to bet he would happily give up all of his luxuries if the planet actually decided to collectively take a giant step in the right direction. But "personal ownership" means absolutely nothing at this point in time, because the vast majority of the world is not contributing much to reduce our carbon footprint. We can have anyone that matters go up on a stage and talk about it, but until people start listening and electing people who are pro planet to work on actual solutions across the globe, like the ones Harrison mentions, none of our efforts matter.. It absolutely does not matter.. we will only be prolonging the inevitable rather than changing it.

So when the other guy said "Who cares?", I get what he's saying too.. it doesn't matter until we change who's pulling the strings for our planet.
