It's not always that simple. Sometimes women lose a lot of weight after having children that causes their skin to never look the same, and they have to have a cosmetic procedure to restore it. Or they have some other issue, like crooked teeth, thin hair, or acne. These issues all take money to solve. Not only that, but a woman can get very skinny, but still not be fit (flabby skin) so they might need access again to surgery. I think it's pretty much like for like, when you compare rich men and hot women. If people aren't superficial and can look past some issues, then fine but if not, then they shouldn't be upset when their partner is superficial as well but in a different way.
