I have. And there is no such things as accidents, just collisions. I think the laws should be changed, I think the driver in this video should be charged with vehicular assault and arrested. I firmly believe if we increased the penalties to to reflect the action, we would see a severe drop in these so called “accidents”. As it stands now now, small fine and insurance handles the cost. I believe it should be treated like assault with a deadly weapon. This wasn’t extreme weather, nor was it a highway with high speeds and blind turns. This was urban driving, pay attention.
