if healthy fi resembles fe what does healthy ne resemble ? and in what examples ?

Obligitary I’m new to MBTI and you may be better off listening to an expert on r/mbti or r/seriousmbti but as far as I’ve been able to understand, the way to look at that question is along the lines of “you can’t”. That’s what your Fi is for, and the rest of our functions. Ne is your dom function, you can’t switch it off or improve it. It’s already at max power.

Realistically, all you can do is harness it better by developing your Fi and Te. (That is: your judgment on which idea is good to go with and your ability to actually get up off your couch and go with that idea!).

Tools like journaling and checklists and todo lists are ways I’ve used to sort out thoughts and help me develop my Fi/Te. I’ve heard that mindfulness/meditation can be helpful too but I have no experience with those. But there may be better ways also.
