I'm intj so I'm obviously a minority here. But like i never change my personality to co operate with people. I'm always unhappy that way. And I don't feel like it's necessary and very inefficient. You have to put in a lot of work to be someone else but almost 0 in being yourself and no one can be yourself better than you can. Social skills does not require you to change yourself imo. I'm a weird guy with weird interests. If what I'm interested in does not interest the other person I'll simply ask what they're interested in and hook on to what's similar or what I'm curious about.

Doing this kind of different personality thing just leaves a bad taste in my mouth and comes off as fake I'm sorry >.<

Like obviously you'll be very romantic with your lover and won't be with a friend. That's not what I mean, but changing your general vybe for someone else I really can't get behind. I mean no judgement just I don't like it personally.

Just trying to say you can always be yourself while still being considerate oof I find people who can do one normally can't do the other so I mean if you can only do one do what makes you happy but I want both
