So, to begin:

I knew my wife on a "hi-hello" basis for 5 months or so until a (minor) workplace accident happened.

Basically, a very viscous and stingy-itchy liquid got in her eyes (she was working in a laboratory, I was in the office, the same company, of course). We quickly realised that the basic eyewash we had won't help much. We decided that getting her to urgent care by car will be easier and faster than calling an ambulance.

I took her to urgencies, she was admitted immediately and the nurse asked us to go to one of the minor surgery rooms so that they can check her eyes, wash them well and ease the pain.

She couldn't really see anything at that moment, I guided her to the room, then the nurse took over.

The nurse told her "It's better if you will change darling, you are already wet, we will give you pyjama and keep you here for a few hours".

My (then-not) wife was so tired and confused that she just lowered her trousers, together with undies, to her ankles and started to take off the shirt. :D

I turned back immediately and walked out, I heard the nurse saying "oh, so he is not your boyfriend..." and my wife "oh my god, it's getting even better...".

We didn't speak about that until the 3rd or 4th date, a couple of months later ;)

It was in 2012. We are married 3 years now, we also have a 5 y-o daughter :)
