If they are raised within an entire community that exist basically within traditional culture of their home country, what would they integrate into?

The only thing remotely canadian about Springdale is gas stations, tim hortons, and mcdonalds. Schools are 90%+ indian, temples all over, sweet shops, roti shops, meat shops, sari shops in every local plaza. every other business (glasses, doctors ect) is 100% indian owned and operated, with lots having indian signage. the school board speaks in hindu / punjabi / urdu at meetings for parents, the driving instructors / licensors are all indian / punjabi.. there are indian speaking reps at every bank in the region... grocery stores that existed prior had to convert to indian themed grocers to stay in business.. You can exist 100% without ever learning english or visiting any business outside of traditional indian stores.
