I like to think of myself as fairy worldly and fairly experienced with the ladies (don't downvote me yet, there's a point to this and it isn't bragging), and so here's some pointers that I've found to be true from most girls' perspectives. And let's be honest, what we do, we do to attract and impress girls.
Armpits: No. Leave them alone.
Arms/Legs: No. Leave them alone. I did have one girl ask me once to trim my forearm hair but she was fucking weird across many fronts.
Back & Shoulders: Absolutely pluck or wax these areas and keep them hairless always (only if you're hairy there). Girls HATE THIS.
Eyebrows: Yep! It might strike you as odd but girls hate the mono. DO NOT shape them to the extent that a female would. Leave them thick and a bit scraggy, but pluck (only pluck) and tidy them up.
Genital Area/Balls: Trim your pubes above your dick with an electric razor. Whether you choose setting 1 or 5, it doesn't matter, just tidy it up and keep it short. DO NOT razor shave your pubes above your dick. Girls hate it because it makes you look twelve, plus the rash and ingrown hairs will annihilate you. DO razor shave your balls. Every girl I've ever been with who has given head loves to give attention to a shaven set of balls but won't go near them if they're hairy (and fair enough, I say). And the feeling of shaven balls-head is worth the trouble.
Ass: I don't know about this one. I've shaved it for a girl who liked a bit of rimming action, but only for her, as no other girl has ever indicated interest. Plus, it's the single most uncomfortable thing to have hair grow back on. If you do this, it's almost a daily task you have to commit to. I'd probably recommend waxing if you find a girl that loves you hairless there.
Snail Trail: Weirdly, girls have big opinions about this area and it's very attractive to them. Some like a little strip, some like it trimmed, but I've never met a girl who wanted it razored off.
Chest: Varies with girls, but none that I've experienced liked a clean shaved chest. Either natural or trimmed, not razored.
Face: I've found no majority rule here. Girls like all sorts of facial hair from clean shaven to stubble, from a goatie to a huge beard. It depends on what you can grow and what looks good on you.
There's my advice. By no means do you have to do what a girl (or anyone) wants you to do, but hey, I like my girls a certain way so I'm prepared to adjust a certain way for them, and the above, by my experience, are the vast majority female preferences for a dude of the 21st century.
