Attachment styles are not disorders. It's a pattern of behaviour a person has in relationships. It's only a helpful indicator to understanding a person. I was only suggesting it as a possibility as to why she reacted that way to OP. I also said I think she has a dismissive avoidant attachment. I'm not sure she does. It was just to get OP thinking about it as a possibility. DAs are also not bad people and they don't all have some disorder. They want closeness and intimacy as anyone else, but have a different way of showing it. I just wanted to let OP know that is possible.

It's highly possible too that she just didn't connect with OP. It could be anything. We don't know for sure.
