Don’t be mad at yourself, it seems you did what was necessary to keep yourself safe.

With everything going on in the Met Police at the moment, you might be surprised how seriously they take this - they have a lot to prove at the moment when it comes to sexual assault/harassment against women. If there’s CCTV, they can try to identify the perpetrators. Even if they can’t or there is no CCTV, it’s always best for these things to be on the record. If they’ve done this to someone else in the past or do it again in the future, they may able to link these crimes and build a case against them.
