I've reached my goal but I'm having trouble accepting it.

Honestly I never really put any importance on the gym. Throughout my time losing weight. I never had the time for the gym so I would always do at home workouts, which did help quite a bit! Plus I was a live in nanny for twin girls so I was always on my feet. I've been trying to ignore my weight because if I'm a pound above 155 I spiral into an anxiety attack.

I'd start going to the gym now except because my husband is military I currently am not allowed to use any gym because of covid. I still work in childcare though, so again, I'm still on my feet all day. Physically I'm not in too terrible of shape, considering I was able to hike to the top of Mt Healy in just under an hour and a half.
