Honestly it's probably better to stay that way and just look out for yourself, because it seems like the next 2 generations are fucked. They're probably going to have a harder time getting jobs since AI and Technology seem to be advancing to a point of making most of them obselete; the environment is going to be even more fucked from all the greedy people trying to enrich themselves; and not to mention all this increase in nationalism around the world (and leaders consolidating power to themselves) increases our chances of sparking WW3 somewhere. If the current generation of adults are lucky, they may not feel the effects until the later-half of their lives, but the next 2 generations are definitely gonna feel the brunt. And I hope to god I'm wrong.
