January 19 - Weekly Improvement & Progress Thread

Positives * Meditation - On a one month streak & clocked 8 hours total since 01 Jan * No Fap - Sitting on 49 days of No Fap * Reading - Completed my first book. Aiming to go through a total of 25 for the year * Lifting - Been maintaining a solid routine for the past 6 months. I'm the same weight since then, however BF has dropped to around 11%. Aiming to hit 8% within the next 6 months while maintaining current weight. * TRP - Started reading and internalising principles a year ago. So far this year I've picked up 2 plates, an HB7 & HB9.

Negatives * Still addicted to coffee. I'll be kicking the habit as of tomorrow and will hopefully turn into a positive next week * Financially fucked from last year due to poor mismangement. Spent some time today setting up a budget to slowly move out of the red.

Side note to the above: I konw NoFap is quite divisive within the TRP community. However, I think each to their own. Studies are not conclusive and therefore the best way would be to experiment with it yourself and see if it provides you with any value. For me, it supplied me with huge motivation to plate up since that would be my only sexual outlet. This happened with the space of the first month. It also reduced social anxiety and improved my confidence.

Big goal this year - continuing to work on my business and get to a sunstainable level of profitability
