When I was a kid there was a feud between a farmer and some kids a few years older than me for riding dirtbikes along a track that went by his house. It started off small with branches thrown across the track, then at some point there was a massive log towed across the track. so naturally they went and cleared it with chainsaws at like 2am and then things got worse. The guy was threatening them, throwing stuff and they were being teenagers and deliberately revving their bikes at all hours of the night as revenge. At some point someone got clotheslined and a bit after that one of his out buildings was torched. I don’t know what the outcome to any of it was, if anyone got charged, but I don’t really remember anything really happening after the fire. But yeah it was this escalating feud that was the talk of the town until the fire, then it was really taboo.

So yeah, attempted murder, arson, and such just over some dirtbikes on a track in the country, insane.
