JD/IKF serious questions.

Both should get traded or released. Keeping them on the team, makes the team worse than it could be.

IKF/Donaldson combined stats-232 Hits, 125 RBIs, 89 BBs, 19 HRs

Obviously they’re simple stats, but I just don’t see how peraza and Volpe cant at the very least reach those numbers. Both are looking like better contact hitters than .220-.230 Donaldson, easily better speed, and I would guess probably overall better defense and more pop.

If the Yankees truly cared about this season and wanted to put the best team forward, Donaldson would’ve been gone and IKF would’ve been sent to the bench or traded as well, and tbh I don’t think they need IKF on the bench when you have Cabrera, Dj, Torres, Peraza and Volpe being able to take over 3 positions.
