JJ Watt confirmed to have tibial plateau fracture, will miss rest of season

It's not ridiculous at all. Chinese medicine has regulated the amount of heat and acidity in the body for thousands of years. It's only in Western culture that we don't seem to be bothered about the amount of heat and acidity we expose ourselves to by not eating certain foods. Anything you eat that is acidic, roasted, baked, fried, pickled, sugary, caffeine, beef lamb or duck, mango or lychee or certain other fruits, is going to create a certain amount of toxic heat and acidity in the stomach, skin lining, bones, muscles, and ligaments. It's important to balance these foods out with alkaline foods and cooling or neutral foods (Apple cider vinegar, tofu, pears, chinese bitter melon, cucumber, greens, kiwi, miso, salmon/fish, boiled or steamed chicken/pork, bone broth, chinese herbal cooling teas made from dried dandelion, ginseng root, chrysanthemum, honeysuckle, etc). This is exactly why Brady eats an Alkaline diet, and why his muscles and ligaments and bones are so well regulated.
