Judge delays execution of only woman on US death row

if a case can be overturned...there was doubt.

-Witness testimony shouldn't be enough. (shouldn't really even count has evidence as far as I can see--just a sort of protoevidence that one can use to get warrants to find legit evidence for trial)

-extremely obscure and --potentially even bullshit 'forensic evidence' shouldn't be enough (lookin at you FBI with your bullshit fiber analysis)

-Hell, even genetic evidence alone shouldn't be enough

Just because people have traditionally been dumb in their certainty doesn't mean cases of irrefutable guilt aren't out there. They are just rare.

Most of the time people don't get their just desserts, that's just life. I'm suggesting that is rare instances we can righteously give it to them, and probably should.
