Judge denies transgender student’s request to use boys’ bathroom

Why is the trans community so pedantic about a sex and gender distinction and other words except when it fits their point of view? There's so much inconsistency. None of the following are strawman arguments and I can give real world examples to all of them.

  • Title IX explicitly refers to sex, "No, it definitely includes gender."
  • Driver's licenses explicitly refers to sex, "No, it definitely is talking about gender."
  • A person doesn't want to a trans person because they aren't attracted to their sex "Transgender people are the sex you're attracted to, you're just transphobic."
  • A transwoman who has undergone reconstruction surgery insisting they have an actual vagina.
  • A trans women insisting they're female. Hell, even the GLAAD Media Reference Guide for transgender issues says that sex is "the classification of people as male or female." [1]
  • Being trans isn't a mental illness, please take it out of the DSM. But wait, leave the part about dysphoria being a mental illness in there being otherwise we can't get insurance to cover the stuff we need.
  • Trans people insisting that sex can be changed. It can't.

The one inconsistency that is really interesting is when they talk about all of the different studies that supposedly prove a trans person has the same brain as the sex they identify with. Wait, wasn't this about gender? None of the studies done are conclusive and people pretend like they are.

The interesting part is the overlap in the trans community and the so called non-binary, agender, bigender, etc. folks. If you're brain studies are so conclusive and you support these different gender statuses, then what does a bigender brain look like? Is it half male, half female?

I'll call someone whatever pronouns they want (excluding xe, xim, zer). But I'm sick of trans people calling people who don't want to fuck them transphobic. I'm also sick of trans people using gay people and intersex as justifications.
