All of your statistics are easily rebuked by the US government's own statistics. https://www.eia.gov/analysis/requests/subsidy/ - in 2016, renewables made up 15% of the power generation in the US. In 2018, it was 17.6%.
In FY 2016, nearly half (45%) of federal energy subsidies were associated with renewable energy, and 42% were associated with energy end uses.
As one would expect of a growing and emerging market, we spend more on subsidies for renewables than fossil fuels. The ICE hasn't changed, essentially, since its early incarnations. The extraction of chemicals from deep within the earth will always be poisoning to our environment, and the reality of the situation is that burning something will release carbon as a part of the process regardless of what we do. I know you're just trying to spread FUD, but... at least get your facts and stats right.
