I often wonder is my ex's shift of her perception of me was because of the medication she started to take. I noticed she almost stopped talking to me immediately after she started taking her meds.

Then there was the time, about 2-3 post break-up, she just randomly called me. It was just to talk and i happily obliged. We were talking for a good hour, almost like how we used to talk when we were together. It was a breath of fresh air, she hasn't sounded "normal" when talking to me since this all started. It was then she says, "You know what? I forgot to take me medication today." We continue to talk for a little bit but i can hear her becoming less and less interested. After about 45 minutes she cuts me off in the middle of saying something says, "hey, sorry I gotta go." We both say goodbye and that we can talk later, but that was really the last I heard from her. At least the "her" I fell in love with. Things just became progressively worse from there.

I know there could be plenty of other contributing factors, but that incident raised a big red flag.
