Of course being against fascism is a level-headed thing to do, but that has nothing to do with what you said. You said that anyone that starts with "I'm by no means a Trump supporter" means they are likely a Trump supporter. The fact that the people on this subreddit are upvoting comments like that just shows that the people here can't recognize anything that your president has done correct. Hell, even Sanders agreed with Trump on certain things like pulling out of TPP, by your logic you'd should see him as pro-Trump too if he started a statement like that.

It's r/gatekeeping in its purest form, why are you basically calling out anyone that isnt 100% anti-trump as trump supporters? All that does is exclude people that may have voted Democratic but aren't Democratic enough for you. Believe it or not, there is still a large of democratic voters that don't share the same opinion that Trump is a nazi. You need those people to not sway over to the other side, and this is coming from someone in Canada that has no say in who wins your election.
