Leave current role for WFH and more PTO?

There is no such things a "loyalty" to a company. When cuts come if you are one, they will cut you. They don't care if you kids to feed or a mortgage to pay. You move what is beneficial to you. I am like you in a way. I do not work in sales, thank god, and I have great co-workers and bosses, along with upper management. However, they all know that I will leave if a better offer comes or if I feel like there is no upward movement. I am very luck where I am, I am being trained to take a upper position after only a year with major pay increase. Only stay if it benefits you.

The idea of "stay loyal" is bullshit comment. They say that because well 40 - 60 years ago, yes you could be loyal to a company and they would reward you. Now, they will fire you within a moments notice and not give a fuck. Take what is best for you. No offense but they will have your replacement within a couples weeks. They will not care. The people who you may have had friendships with over the years may miss you, but the company could give a fuck less.
