Let me tell you about these games

So when the body dies the electrons upon which we imagine ourselves as ego's as being attached to will simply radiate back into the universe.

In other words, these electrons are the soul. "You don't have a soul. You are a soul. You have a body." (Lewis quote?) Some people think the consciousness/soul lives in another plane of existence, so it outlives the body intact, not just as random electrons as you're suggesting. Metaphysical bs, I know.

Death is a loss of Frame

So I'm..."dead man walking"! It's a fitting description of me as a weak-framed omega (which has caused me much consternation socially). It's been cathartic to go around saying it after finally acknowledging it through introspection. Also sounds like I'm looking for pity, which I'm not.

Man can build towers of ego to try to equal the heavens... but ultimately death simply wakes you up to the heavens around you.

That's putting things into perspective. But when people take the wide view of things, sometimes they don't see what's right in front of them. Which is that every man on earth right now is from a long, unbroken line of men who sired other men. It's sad to be last one, omega or not. Genetic legacy or not, your legacy is one of teaching men, so that's something I guess, like a modern day Socrates or some shit like that. Socrates still lives on...in our minds.

Death is nothing to fear really

Depends. Fear of hell and damnation is what's kept me in check, maybe more so than man's laws. Pascal's wager is a thing. But doing the minimum will still damn me anyway depending on who you ask. Depends on if you believe in a binary outcome of heaven/hell or a multi-level outcome, for example Dante's Inferno. Seeing as how nobody truly knows what happens after death, I'd say "Death is nothing to fear really" is a little too glib. I'm not looking to be convinced otherwise.
