Came here to see if the game was still riddled with cheaters, found this post immediately lmao. My buddies and I all uninstalled after season 3, came back at the tail end of 5, played a bit of 6, and we've dropped the game again.

The thing I'm saltiest about is anyone could have seen this coming from the very beginning. By default, crossplay is turned on. 99% of the playerbase will never bother changing that setting even if most of them knew how. This is reflected in how long is takes to find a lobby with crossplay off. That basically leaves you with no choice but to put up with pc cheaters. Then all you have to contend with are...well... pc players. With superior fov and mkb aim.

That will forever be my true gripe with this game. If it had been xbox/psn crossplay, the problem would be solved by way of quarantine. But no, they had to make it everyone else's problem too. They just couldn't make crossplay with pc a luxury instead of the default. On a free game with infinite accounts. Their genius some sometimes frightening.
