Most of the people posting here have an agenda and most of the questions asked on this sub are actually used as teasers by the OP to lead a discussion on a specific topic in a specific direction (tactics employed to this end would require its own thread explaining alt accounts and shills etc.).

It was assumed by regular users here that you were utilizing the sub in the manner to which they have become accustomed. Also, it is popular on this sub to try to appear cool by talking about "muh freeduhms" (fucking losers) so any subject anathema to that viewpoint gets downvoted without the content even being considered.

Stick with it, it's not so bad when you get it figured out. Upvotes and downvotes really have no value after the first few hundred so don't worry about a few assholes.
